Rolf Method Massage is a deep tissue therapy session focusing on the body's fascia.  This results in freedom of movement, increased range of motion and pain management.  This promotes better health, balance and posture.  The Rolf Method is ideal for neck, back and shoulder pain, especially rotator cuff pain.  Carpal tunnel, tennis elbow can also be managed with this method.  Headaches, repetitive strains, sciatic and general everyday aches and pains can be reduced or eliminated.  The goal of every session is to align the body to structurally function more efficiently and without pain.   You can opt for the ten session series for body alignment, or spot sessions to work on a particular problem.  My fee is actually less than you would pay at a “chain” when you consider the service, plus tax, plus gratuity. A gratuity is never needed or expected for my services.

1/2 hour Rolf Method canine massage $40.00 plus sales tax

Rolf Method Canine Massage is also a deep therapy session focusing on the canine fascial system.  The half hour session focuses on balance, range of motion, pain management and/or injury rehabilitation.  Animals experience pain, gait problems, injury, trauma as well as repetitive motion strains just as we do.  They respond well to the deep tissue therapy of Rolf method myofascial release.  A healthy well balanced pet is a happy pet.
